School and Community Resource Center (SCRC)

The SCRC is for Educators!

Are you a teacher who is looking for age-appropriate books for your students? Or do you represent a local nonprofit organization that serves kids and families, and would like books to share with them?

Either way, we are here to help. The School and Community Resources Center (SCRC) - located at the Santa Fe Public Library, Main Branch - offers a collection of books and other resources for educators, community representatives and students from pre-K through 12th grade. The Friends of the Library volunteers coordinate and organize donations of gently used and new books. Categories include fiction history, biography, natural sciences, art, teacher and parent materials, and much more.

And the best part? You can take as many books as you want, and they are all free!

If you are interested in browsing our book collection, please call or email us for an appointment. An SCRC volunteer will contact you and set up a day and time for your visit.
